Drop off and pick up hours are between 11am-4pm.
NOT ACCEPTABLE a drop off after 4pm
You need to select EXACT day and TIME to leave and pick up your dog on that time range. If you need an exception with the time a fee will be charged.
Price vary depends on dog size, age, spayed/neutered, breed and is based on 24 hrs for example if you leave your dog at 12pm and pick up 12pm otherwise price will be adjusted to your time necessities.
A 25% deposit will be required at time of the reserve and the rest will be due the day of entrance.
If you cancel 72 hrs before your appointment the deposit won’t be returned.
If you don’t pay deposit and cancel your appointment 72hrs before your appointment, a 25% fee will be required.
If you are late to pick up your dog a $10/hr rate will be applied
